FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about renting a sound system for your event — from delivery and setup to choosing the right package.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Lehi, Utah and primarily serve Utah County and Salt Lake County. Customers outside our normal delivery area are welcome to pick up equipment from our Lehi location.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes, and you choose how much help you want. Pickup from our Lehi shop is included with every rental. Delivery starts at $50, delivery plus professional setup at $100, and full event support with an on-site technician at $250. Full production services are quoted per event.
How does pricing work?
Packages are a flat daily rate for the equipment: Basic $75, Standard $150, Deluxe $250, Premium $450, and Elite $700. Delivery and service levels are priced separately, so you only pay for the help you actually want, and add-ons are published per item.
How do I know which package I need?
Just tell us about your event. Every package lists the crowd it covers — from 20–50 people on the Basic Package up to 500–1,000+ on the Elite — and we'll recommend the best fit for your venue, attendance, and how the equipment will be used.
Can I play music from my phone?
Yes. Our systems support Bluetooth audio playback, making it easy to play music from your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
Can I connect microphones?
Absolutely. The Standard Package and every package above it includes a wired microphone, and extra wired microphones ($15/day) or wireless microphones ($35/day) can be added to any rental. The Basic Package is Bluetooth playback only.
What if I need more equipment?
No problem. Extra speakers ($50–$125/day), subwoofers ($150/day), digital mixers ($75/day), stage monitors ($40/day), and microphones are all available as add-ons, and we can build a custom package for your event.
Can your systems support live bands?
Yes. The Premium and Elite systems are built for live music, and stage monitors, wireless microphones, and an on-site sound engineer can be added for bands, dance competitions, and theater productions.
Are your systems easy to use?
Yes. Our rental packages are designed to be straightforward, and we'll explain everything you need to know before your event.
Do you require a reservation?
We highly recommend reserving your equipment as early as possible, especially during wedding season and other busy times of the year.
What if I don't see a package that fits my event?
We'll build one. We're happy to customize a rental package based on your event's unique needs.
Still have questions?
Tell us about your event and we'll help you choose the right package.
